Dataiku is seeking a Head of Partners for the APJ region. This role is responsible for accelerating regional growth by developing and scaling Dataiku’s partner ecosystem. The Head of Partners will be a key leader within both the APJ leadership team and the global partner organization.
Role involves:
Driving partner-sourced revenue and renewal targets.
Developing and executing a regional partner strategy.
Fostering partner engagement in customer accounts.
Building sales and technical competencies within the partner ecosystem.
Leading co-marketing initiatives and joint field activities.
Aligning internal stakeholders across various departments.
Cultivating executive-level relationships with key partners.
Leading and developing a high-performing partner team.
Collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional leaders.
Representing Dataiku at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
Proven success in building and scaling channel and reseller programs in the APJ region.
Deep understanding of AI/ML, data, and cloud technologies.
Strong existing relationships within Dataiku’s key partner ecosystem.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading high-impact teams and building partnerships.
Collaborative and influential leadership style.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
