Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts and Budgets Associate to manage site contracts. The Contracts & Budgets Associate will develop and negotiate European/APAC study budgets based on study protocol requirements. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. The postholder will collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team, ensuring deliverables align with study timelines.
Role involves: - Developing and negotiating global study budgets.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements.
- Resolving contractual issues with stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Updating study team members on contract status.
- Coordinating agreement execution.
- Maintaining contract files and databases.
Requirements: - Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
- 1 year of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office software programs and computer applications.
