Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated Aides à domicile (H/F) in Villejuif. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is offered on a permanent contract (CDI mandataire), with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Ouihelp prioritizes adapting missions to fit the caregiver's daily life, offering stable weekly schedules tailored to the desired hours and days. Missions are designed to be at least one hour long to minimize travel and foster strong relationships between caregivers, beneficiaries, and their families.

Ouihelp provides comprehensive support to its team members, including personalized onboarding, a dedicated point of contact for inquiries, and innovative digital tools to streamline daily tasks and administrative processes.

Role Involves:

• Providing companionship
• Assisting with essential daily tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's paid internal training)
