Job Description
Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking a dedicated Aide à domicile (H/F) in Nogent-Sur-Marne. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is offered on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis.
Role Involves:
  • Providing companionship and support to elderly individuals.
  • Assisting with daily essential tasks.
  • Building strong relationships with beneficiaries and their families.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance.
  • Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's internal paid training.
