Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is looking for home helpers or life assistants (H/F) in Le Plessis-Trevise. The role involves providing support to elderly individuals, offering companionship, and assisting with daily tasks.
Ouihelp is committed to adapting missions to the individual's daily life, offering a stable schedule filled to the desired number of hours/days, with no mission lasting less than one hour. The company provides personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person for questions, and innovative digital tools to facilitate daily life and administrative procedures.
The role involves engaging for others, with missions ranging from companionship to essential daily tasks.

Requirements:
- A diploma or 3 years of minimum experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our internal paid training upon arrival).
