Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for their Westfield North County location in Escondido, California. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment, and making the world a better place one soap at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store
• Supporting inventory tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
