Part Time Floor Leader - The Mall at Green Hills

Job Description

Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their store located in The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in various areas, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will work on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team.
• Delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Educating customers on Lush brand values.
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
