Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Twelve Oaks Mall location in Novi, Michigan. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering excellent customer service and product demonstrations
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
