Notion is seeking a Legal Operations Lead to enhance operational efficiency within its Legal Team and support the company's growth. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role involves strategic planning, financial management, vendor relationships, and project management.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of combined legal operations, consulting, and related experience
- Expertise in financial matter management, strategic planning, and vendor management
- Experience with matter management and e-billing platforms
- Understanding of legal department operations, technologies, and processes
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative team player
- Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and leaders
- Resilience and resourcefulness in decision-making
- Proven track record of improving programs or processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
