Senior Accountant - International Entities & Consolidation

Strider Technologies is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead accounting operations for its non-US entities, manage transfer pricing compliance, and oversee the consolidation of global financial results. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across international operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US GAAP, transfer pricing practices, and multinational consolidations, along with hands-on experience using NetSuite to drive efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.Strider Technologies is on a mission to deliver strategic intelligence that enables faster, more confident decision-making for organizations around the world. • Manage the accounting and monthly close process for multiple non-US subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with international teams and third-party accounting firms.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Enforce and maintain intercompany pricing policies.
• Lead the global month-end consolidation process.
• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements and internal reporting packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in a multinational environment, ideally in the SaaS sector.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation processes, and transfer pricing.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, especially with multi-entity and consolidation modules.
• Strong understanding of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency transactions, and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large volumes of financial data.
