Job Description
iBanFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated FX Dealer Intern to join their growing team in Milan, Italy. This internship offers the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the FX industry, with exposure to the FX market and mentoring on quoting rates and monitoring currency positions.
The role involves:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients after introduction by the Sales Executive team.
- Growing the client portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Meeting with clients in person.
- Collaborating with the FX Sales team to maximize client satisfaction.
- Optimizing international payments, FX exposure, and hedging strategies for clients.
- Analyzing companies' currency risk management.
- Raising awareness and supporting companies on currency issues.
- Helping clients understand and use the platform's features.
- Addressing clients' daily needs and collecting feedback.
Requirements include:
- A keen interest in the financial industry, especially financial products.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing position or sales.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Team player attitude.
- High motivation to learn and succeed.
