Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is expanding its DACH Enterprise Customer Success team. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage accounts across the DACH customer base, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. This hybrid role, based in Munich, requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, with potential travel to client sites.Darktrace provides ongoing training to develop relationship-building skills and meet client needs. The successful candidate will conduct business reviews with client executives, present Darktrace solutions, and identify upsell opportunities. They will also monitor customer engagement and collaborate with various Darktrace teams.Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of Darktrace customers.
  • Driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion.
  • Conducting business reviews with client executives.
  • Presenting and demonstrating Darktrace solutions.
  • Identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitoring customer engagement to assess risk and improve account health.
Requirements:
  • Personable with a friendly and warm approach.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across a wide client portfolio.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
