Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is expanding its DACH Enterprise Customer Success team. They are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage accounts across their DACH customer base. The successful candidate will drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across their portfolio.
- Managing a portfolio of Darktrace customers.
- Conducting business reviews with client executives.
- Presenting and demonstrating Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions.
- Identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitoring customer engagement to assess risk and improve account health.
- Collaborating with Darktrace teams.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Personable with a friendly and warm approach.
- Keen to use your relationships management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across a wide client portfolio.

This role is hybrid based out of Darktrace's London office, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. Travel, nationally and regionally, to visit clients may also be required.
