Ping Identity is seeking a Cloud Marketplace Support Specialist to join their Channel team. This individual contributor role will report to the Senior Cloud Alliances Manager and will focus on expanding Ping Identity's marketplace footprint through direct and indirect sales. The Cloud Marketplace Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, optimization, and overall health of Ping Identity's listings across various cloud platforms.
What This Role Involves:
Creating, updating, and maintaining product listings on cloud marketplaces.
Ensuring smooth operational processes, including order fulfillment and billing accuracy.
Tracking and analyzing marketplace performance metrics.
Collaborating with internal teams and external marketplace partners.
Ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and company policies.
Optimizing listing content for maximum visibility and conversion.
Generating reports on marketplace performance.
Staying up-to-date on cloud marketplace trends and policies.
Resolving operational issues and customer inquiries.
Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate marketplace operations.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or cloud marketplace management.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with at least one major cloud marketplace platform (AWS or GCP).
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
