Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a motivated and proactive Working Student to support HR projects and people development initiatives. The role is based in Hamburg and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

The Working Student will assist the HR team in various tasks related to people development, internal communication, and project management. They will have the opportunity to actively shape the company culture and contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the HR team in people development, internal communication, and projects.
• Actively contributing to the onboarding journey by adapting presentations and coordinating appointments.
• Maintaining, expanding, and organizing the company's SharePoint and documenting processes.
• Planning, coordinating, and supporting the onboarding event (TQG Bootcamp) for new employees.
• Coordinating insight sessions, including scheduling and communication with speakers and stakeholders.
• Preparing presentations for stand-ups and HR meetings.
• Writing and publishing intranet posts (Viva Engage) and communicating company-wide topics in a targeted manner.
• Supporting cross-functional topics in project management and personnel development.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or have completed studies (Bachelor, Master) – ideally in business administration, communication, psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• First experience in project work.
• Clear and expressive communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality and a desire to make a difference.
• Ability to quickly learn and work independently on new topics.
• Solution-oriented thinking and proactive in suggesting improvements.
• Interest in actively shaping company culture and learning & development.
• Good English skills in spoken and written form.
