Job Description
City Storage Systems is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to optimize recruiting systems and processes, particularly the Greenhouse ATS. The Recruiting Operations Associate will configure and maintain system workflows, set up data fields, and ensure data accuracy across platforms, including monitoring the Greenhouse <> Workday integration. The role involves supporting recruiters and cross-functional teams, resolving system-related issues, and delivering insights through basic reporting.
