Job Description
OneSignal, a leading omnichannel customer engagement solution, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving outbound efforts and building a pipeline of new opportunities for Strategic Account Executives (AEs). The SDR will directly impact OneSignal's growth by securing high-value, qualified meetings that convert into deals.

Role Involves:
  • Researching and engaging accounts that fit OneSignal’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Collaborating with AEs to develop account strategies and outreach plans.
  • Executing personalized outreach using tailored messaging.
  • Re-engaging lost opportunities and high-potential leads.
  • Scheduling qualified meetings for AEs and ensuring prospect preparedness.
  • Working with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Acting as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for meetings that convert to pipeline opportunities.
  • Becoming fluent in OneSignal’s product offerings and value proposition.
  • Participating in weekly training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development or a similar role.
  • Experience in building lead lists and crafting outbound sequences.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Apollo, or Clearbit.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive, resilience, and a hunger to succeed.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude.
  • Coachability and a growth mindset.
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
