Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. This role will report to the VP of Finance and be integral to the finance team. The Senior Manager will focus on HQ consolidations, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, and act as the OPEX and CAPEX pioneer for the organization.
Role Involves:
- Managing Corporate Finance functions
- Providing month-end and quarter-end budget variance analysis
- Managing the preparation for the annual operating plan
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to aid process improvement
- Building out standards and processes across the Finance organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related field
- Established financial modeling skills
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- High comfort level with Netsuite, Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and critical thinking skills
