Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its Showcase team in Amsterdam. This role involves crafting compelling, high-impact user interfaces that bring Backbase's product vision to life. The Senior UI/UX Designer will design polished, purpose-driven experiences that elevate demos, POCs, and strategic presentations.

The role involves:
  • Designing intuitive UI for POCs, demo stories, and showcase engagements.
  • Supporting strategic events and deliverables, including RFPs and presentations.
  • Creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborating with developers and engineers.
  • Leading and participating in ideation workshops.
  • Adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience designing modern, responsive, and scalable UI.
  • Expertise in Figma with strong prototyping skills.
  • Proven ability to lead or contribute to ideation workshops.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Experience with fintech or digital banking is a plus.
