Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of data storage solutions to State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers. The Account Executive will evangelize Pure Storage's technology and data solutions, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions. This role involves building relationships with customers, leading pursuit teams, and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SLED sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the SLED procurement process
  • Ability to sell the company's story and value proposition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in leading complex sales processes
  • Experience outside of traditional storage for the past consecutive 5 years
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
