Partner Technical Manager

Pure Storage is seeking a Partner Technical Manager to empower and enable its critical Channel Partners in Singapore. This role is a senior, strategic position within the Systems Engineering team.

Role Involves:

• Driving technical and sales enablement programs.
• Aligning with sales, systems engineering, and channel teams.
• Delivering presentations and workshops.
• Assisting in driving partner-led opportunities.
• Gathering partner feedback on market trends.
• Managing partner technical enablement plans.
• Representing Pure Storage at partner events.
• Providing guidance to partners.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise storage, systems, or networking.
• Strong technical knowledge across storage architectures, cloud, virtualization, and networking.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as AI, ML, Big Data, SaaS, and DevOps.
• Previous Channel/Partner Account Management experience preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in a Southeast Asian language is strongly preferred.
