Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to join their Business Transformation team in São Paulo. This role focuses on improving the operational routine of clients by making processes scalable and standardized. The analyst will work to ensure efficiency, quality, and correct execution of HR client processes, aligned with the commercial and financial teams. They will interact with external clients, supporting data analysis and sales teams, and ensuring operational alignments are followed.
  • Identifying and mapping improvement points for the Operations team and the client pillar.
  • Conducting projects and initiatives, taking responsibility for deliveries and coordinating actions with other teams.
  • Organizing meetings, office hours, and training sessions with stakeholders.
  • Creating documents to formalize improvements in processes and policies.
  • Collaborating with various teams within the organization.
  • Developing solutions to increase the efficiency of partner operations team.
  • Managing expectations and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Resides in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office when requested.
  • Advanced/fluent knowledge in Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Proactive, focused, and client-oriented profile.
  • Problem solver.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good at creating and managing relationships.
  • Analytical skills to understand numbers and extract insights.
  • Experience in creating presentations.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
