Analytics Consultant

InterWorks is seeking an Analytics Consultant to join their team in Perth, Australia. This role involves partnering with clients to prepare data, build data products, and influence analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong technological foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving problems through creativity and deep investigation.

Role Involves:

• Working alongside clients to execute end-to-end analytics projects.
• Bridging the gap between business and IT to empower data-driven decisions.
• Supporting clients through clear communication and delivery of solutions.
• Adapting to change quickly using agile development methodologies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for interacting with people.
• Passion for data visualization and data storytelling.
• Problem-solving skills (technical and non-technical).
• Ability to apply structure to ambiguous requests.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing situations.
• BI Software experience (Power BI, Tableau Desktop) - nice to have
• SQL and data warehouse (Snowflake, SQL Server, Redshift) - nice to have
• Deep knowledge of data visualization best practices - nice to have
• 1-3 years of professional experience - nice to have
