Notion is seeking a Community Program Manager for Germany to foster its thriving customer community. This role involves welcoming new members, supporting existing ones, and encouraging community activities both online and in-person. The position is a contract role lasting from March 2025 to January 2026 and is open to remote work in the GMT or GMT+1 time zone, with a preference for Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- Growing Notion's local community in Germany
- Onboarding and supporting new community members
- Facilitating the creation of community-led digital content
- Supporting local community events and creating reports
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Notion
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in Community
- Experience in event organization and management
- Business proficiency in German and English
- A builder and business mindset
Nice to have:
- Previous remote work experience with global teams
- Experience building communities in SaaS ecosystem
