Oracle Fusion Consultant, Financials

Twilio is seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join their Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role is crucial for architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, specifically focusing on Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management Cloud Service systems.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid work ethic. They should be able to manage Twilio’s entire I2C landscape, driving system integration, reporting, automations, and innovation in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop platform/product extensions.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations.
• Develop and deliver cost-effective workflows.
• Configure and develop payment integrations.
• Manage KLO, upgrades, and stories in sprint delivery.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants.
• Provide support to the business team with the adoption approach around CPQ, QTC process.
• Develop and execute system conversion and implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in AR, with additional knowledge of cash management and purchasing processes.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven ability to configure systems and provide actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
