Oracle Fusion Consultant, Financials

Twilio is seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join their Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role involves architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, specifically focusing on Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management Cloud Service systems. The consultant will work closely with Finance, Quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections, and Accounting teams to support key business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop platform/product extensions.
• Conduct design workshops and build proof of concepts.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy integrations.
• Develop and deliver cost-effective workflows.
• Configure and develop payment integrations.
• Manage KLO, upgrades, and stories in sprint delivery.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants.
• Provide support to the business team with the adoption approach around CPQ, QTC process
• Develops and executes system conversion and implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in AR, with additional knowledge of cash management and purchasing processes.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven ability to configure systems and provide actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
