Job Description
Twilio is seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join their Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role focuses on architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, specifically in Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management. The consultant will be an SME in Oracle Cloud Fusion Billing, AR, Revenue Cloud Service, product and pricing configuration, cash application, and collection processes, integrated with multiple upstream usage and downstream systems.
Role involves:
- Architecting, designing, and developing platform/product extensions.
- Conducting design workshops and building proof of concepts.
- Translating business problems into technical solutions.
- Partnering with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs.
- Planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations.
- Developing and delivering cost-effective workflows.
- Configuring and developing payment integrations.
- Managing KLO, upgrades, and stories in sprint delivery.
- Mentoring junior consultants.
- Providing support to the business team with the adoption approach around CPQ, QTC process.
- Developing and executing system conversion and implementations.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in AR, with additional knowledge of cash management and purchasing processes.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Proven ability to configure systems and provide actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
