Job Description
The company is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their sales organization. This role involves working closely with the sales leadership team to translate data into actionable insights, helping them achieve sales and attainment goals through analytics, reporting, and metric tracking. The Sales Operations Analyst will also support forecasting, territory planning, and business review processes.Role involves:
- Creating reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators.
- Supporting the sales team with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Analyzing and recommending improvements to GTM and operations processes.
- Driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Assisting in building out compensation plans.
- Conducting ad hoc queries and providing timely analysis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management within a SaaS business.
- Strong quantitative capabilities and passion for analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and reporting.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background investigation.
