Eucalyptus is seeking a Process Specialist to join their team in Manila, Philippines, to support UK-based clinics. Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company focused on solving healthcare challenges through various brands. The Process Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting patients, collaborating with medical professionals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Role involves:
  • Supporting clinics’ patients through a range of conditions, via email and phone
  • Supporting markets in rotating shifts
  • Collaborating remotely and liaising with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners
  • Identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, or service
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent
  • Interest in healthcare and wellness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software
  • Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM -1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off
  • Experience in a healthcare company is a plus
  • Experience in quality assurance and process assurance is a plus
  • Experience handling English phone lines is a plus
