Accounts Payable Manager/Lead

Job Description

Beast Industries, founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager/Lead to oversee AP operations, processing approximately 100 invoices daily. The role involves managing a small team and ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices. This position is based in Greenville or Raleigh, NC, with some Greenville office time expected if based in Raleigh.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounts payable operations and workflow.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of 1-2 AP specialists.
• Process and verify a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries.
• Implement and optimize AP processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review AP reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with other finance team members and departments.
• Drive continuous improvement in AP processes and systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with AP platforms (Bill.com or similar systems).
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team leadership experience with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning and optimizing AP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
