Job Description
Teads is seeking an Account Director to join their Sydney team. The Account Director will lead revenue growth by building strong relationships with agency partners and clients. They will report to the Head of Sales, ANZ, and play a critical role in shaping Teads’ presence across the region.
  • Drive the expansion of Teads’ presence among strategic agencies and brands.
  • Proactively manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and navigate relationships across complex agency structures.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth post-onboarding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Teads’ value proposition.
  • Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience of prospecting to media agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and programmatic.
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections with major advertising agencies.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies.
  • Proven track record of winning large accounts.
  • A team player with the ability to learn quickly and a self-motivated starter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams.
