Job Description

Teads is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for brand-direct clients, focusing on launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns. The Account Manager will guide advertisers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to achieve their digital marketing objectives by leveraging data analysis, platform expertise, and creative strategies. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team and both local and international Account Managers to develop effective strategies.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the entire client journey, from initial campaign setup to ongoing optimization and reporting. They will also identify and pursue upsell opportunities to expand their book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of direct clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Handle all aspects of campaign management, including preparation, uploads, launch calls, daily optimizations, reporting, and in-depth analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop data-driven strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Monitor performance, extract insights, and implement targeted optimizations.
  • Work closely with the team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich and Cologne, as well as international colleagues in Product, Sales, AM, and Marketing.
