Narvar is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create documentation for its Post Delivery Experiences platform. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to produce user guides, API references, and release notes. The Technical Writer will maintain documentation standards, manage the documentation lifecycle, and incorporate user feedback.Role involves:

• Creating and maintaining product documentation.
• Authoring and publishing release notes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining documentation standards.
• Managing the documentation lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technical writing experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts.
• Experience with documentation tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
