Head of Corporate Development

Job Description

TransferGo is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to lead strategic growth initiatives, support fundraising and M&A activities, and drive long-term value. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fintech and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Involves:

• Providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Cultivating strategic partnerships.
• Researching and assessing potential acquisition targets.
• Maintaining relationships with investors.
• Contributing to fundraising activities.
• Partnering with external advisors on transactions.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Presenting insights to C-level executives and the board.

Requirements:

• Experience with capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, valuations and investor relations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• MBA or similar advanced qualification.
• Experience in fintech, payments or tech environments (preferred).
• Extensive network across the Financial Services/Fintech space in Europe and beyond (preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with fundraising activities and due diligence processes (preferred).
