Job Description
TransferGo is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's financial strategies and supporting its mission to provide affordable financial services for migrants. The Head of FP&A will report to the CFO and collaborate with bright-minded individuals on strategic growth initiatives, financial forecasting, and M&A activities.
Role Involves:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Preparing and evaluating complex financial models.
- Analyzing competitive landscapes.
- Developing financing strategies.
- Advising the CFO and CEO on growth plans.
- Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team.
- Establishing scalable tools and processes for financial reporting.
- Fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic planning or FP&A.
- Strong technical finance skills and financial modeling expertise.
- Experience in automating financial reporting and management accounting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, payments or tech environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with project finance (preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL or VBA and BI tooling (Tableau, etc) (preferred).
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced companies (preferred).
- Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure and tools (preferred).
