Head of Field Implementation EMEA (German speaking, Berlin, m/f/x)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Head of Field Implementation EMEA to drive growth across the region. This role involves refining and scaling the Field Implementation Consultant function to meet sales growth demands. The Head of Field Implementation will transform existing processes into a scalable framework, enabling the success of a growing team working onsite with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the Field Implementation role and playbook for EMEA.
• Ensuring customer-focused field implementation.
• Collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Leading and growing the Field Implementation team.
• Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Managing stakeholders and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Implementation, Customer Success, or Field Operations (POS, Payments, FinTech).
• Minimum of 2 years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience working directly with customers in the field.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.
