Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support and strategically advise German Enterprise clients in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors. The role is based in Berlin, Germany. The Strategic Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for Lightspeed's largest and most important clients, working strategically to support them with expertise.
Role Involves:
Acting as the primary contact for key Lightspeed clients.
Strategically managing the business portfolio of clients.
Promoting product adoption and maintaining net revenue.
Planning quarterly business reports and success plans with the Account Executive team.
Monitoring usage data and health indicators.
Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Relaying customer feedback to improve the customer journey and address product gaps.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at the enterprise level in B2B.
Expertise in managing a large book of business.
Resourcefulness and adaptability.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related company (preferred).
Knowledge of the hospitality industry (preferred).
