Airtable is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves working closely with enterprise accounts across various industries, acting as a trusted business advisor to help customers leverage Airtable's product. The Account Executive will work alongside a best-in-class team, harnessing the power of an extraordinary product for a company with unlimited growth potential.What this role involves:
  • Leveraging Airtable’s self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Enterprise logos.
  • Building relationships with executives across departments and industries.
  • Sourcing expansion opportunities in new departments.
  • Prioritizing book of business and developing account plans.
  • Leading the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close.
  • Consulting with prospects regarding business objectives and requirements.
  • Modeling a wide range of use cases in which Airtable can drive business transformation.
  • Thinking critically about sales insights and data and experimenting with new growth tactics.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company.
  • Experience selling 6-figure + deals to large accounts with 1000 - 3000 FTE.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and executives.
  • Experience executing a structured sales process.
  • Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Airtable's mission.
