Airtable is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves working closely with enterprise accounts across various industries, acting as a trusted business advisor to help customers leverage Airtable's product. The Account Executive will work alongside a best-in-class team, harnessing the power of an extraordinary product for a company with unlimited growth potential.
What this role involves: - Leveraging Airtable’s self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Enterprise logos.
- Building relationships with executives across departments and industries.
- Sourcing expansion opportunities in new departments.
- Prioritizing book of business and developing account plans.
- Leading the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close.
- Consulting with prospects regarding business objectives and requirements.
- Modeling a wide range of use cases in which Airtable can drive business transformation.
- Thinking critically about sales insights and data and experimenting with new growth tactics.
Requirements: - 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company.
- Experience selling 6-figure + deals to large accounts with 1000 - 3000 FTE.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and executives.
- Experience executing a structured sales process.
- Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities.
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
