Job Description
Endor Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its backend engineering teams. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in scaling the engineering organization and delivering high-quality products. This role involves building and leading high-performing engineering teams focused on Go backend development, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. The Engineering Manager will drive technical strategy and architecture decisions, working closely with Product Management to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering management roles
- Strong hands-on technical background with experience in Go distributed systems, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience managing distributed teams and working with multi-geo engineering organizations
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development
- Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and with high quality
