Job Description
Endor Labs is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Backend Engineer to join their R&D team. This role involves integrating novel solutions, scaling them to production, and designing AI-first platforms. The engineer will have autonomy in designing and implementing high-quality features, leading large-scale technical projects, and building features end-to-end. They will collaborate closely with Product Management and the distributed engineering team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience building scalable backends for product/SaaS companies.
- 3+ years of experience in Golang programming.
- Experience designing APIs with frameworks like gRPC, REST, or GraphQL.
- Affinity with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience building and designing technical solutions from scratch.
- Scalable distributed systems experience.
- Strong architectural knowledge.
- Ability to apply data-driven techniques.
- Creative and independent problem-solving skills.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems.
