Part Time Floor Leader - The Mall at Green Hills

Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their store located in The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee. This role supports the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

The Floor Leader will spend their time on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals. They will foster a positive work environment, driving sales and building the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
