Job Description
Lush is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader for their Kingsway Garden location in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team
- Delivering world-class customer experiences
- Educating customers on Lush brand values
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
