Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager

Job Description

ExtraHop is seeking a Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market competitiveness. This role involves partnering with various teams to shape pricing models, define packaging approaches, and implement scalable processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating profitability and ensuring pricing integrity across the product portfolio.Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage implementation of pricing and packaging.
• Negotiate and influence internally to drive adoption of new pricing structures and strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops / Deal desk on effective adoption of pricing guidelines.
• Maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall SKU health.
• Establish pricing for new products based on projected demand and profitability.
• Analyze price change requests by evaluating margin impact and competitor price levels.
• Track market trends and keep up to date on prices in the ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience, with 2 years in management consulting preferred.
• Direct experience in pricing, sales, finance, or a combination thereof.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
