Job Description
The Senior Conduct Risk Analyst role at Nubank involves conducting thorough and impartial investigations of reports received through the company's channel and related projects. This role is based in Brazil, Sao Paulo. The analyst will manage the flow of reports, plan and execute investigations, collect and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, document the process, prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations, collaborate with other areas, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Nubank is looking for someone with experience in investigations, preferably in the financial or fintech sector, with knowledge of investigation methodologies, critical analysis, effective communication, the ability to work independently, a strong ethical sense, and advanced English.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing a pipeline of received reports.
- Planning and conducting complete and impartial investigations of reports.
- Collecting, preserving, and analyzing relevant evidence.
- Conducting interviews with reporters, witnesses, and involved parties.
- Documenting the investigation process and findings in a detailed and accurate manner.
- Preparing clear and concise investigation reports, presenting conclusions and recommendations.
- Collaborating with other areas (Legal, HR, etc.) as necessary during investigations.
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from investigations.
- Contributing to the improvement of investigation processes and methodologies.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations during investigations.
Requirements include:
- Experience in conducting investigations (internal, compliance, ethics, etc.).
- Desirable experience in investigations in the financial services and/or fintech sector.
- Extensive knowledge of investigation methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to critically analyze and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and conduct interviews.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Advanced English for reading and preparing documents, as well as for actively participating in meetings and investigation interviews.
- Proactivity.
- Ability to work in a team.

- Strong analytical skills with large databases, including the ability to structure analyses.
