Job Description

Flow Traders is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their Amsterdam office. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from universities across Europe. This role involves building relationships with study associations, presenting at lectures and career fairs, and organizing in-house events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Responsibilities include:

• Understanding Flow Traders’ core business and recruitment requirements
• Traveling across Europe to recruit top university talent
• Organizing events with study associations and maintaining university relationships
• Creating and hosting recruitment events
• Developing employer branding and sourcing strategies
• Analyzing recruitment trends and optimizing the campus recruitment approach
• Delivering a great candidate experience
• Building strong relationships with hiring teams

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Communications, or related fields
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, pragmatic, and resilient with a "can-do" attitude
• Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Currently based in The Netherlands
