Flow Traders is seeking a Recruiter to join their Recruitment team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented self-starter, dedicated to delivering an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. What This Role Involves:

• Understanding Flow Traders’ core business and role requirements.
• Recruiting for key roles in technology, trading, and business support.
• Executing effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintaining records in the applicant tracking system and talent pipeline.
• Participating in ad-hoc Human Resources & Recruitment projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Finance and/or Technology space
• University degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Currently based in The Netherlands
