Job Description

A General Store Manager is needed to manage the entire store staff, guiding and motivating them to drive sales and achieve meaningful outcomes. The General Store Manager will build a strong store team for expansion in the KR market. This role involves coordinating with the Retail team and HR for frontline sales staff hiring and onboarding. The manager will ensure communication material for store staff and ensure key brand message is reflected across store staff. They will also ensure all store staff, including both front line sales staff & store managerial level staff, are “on brand” to deliver Casetify’s core value to the customers. The role also involves following up on ad hoc projects or assignments as required in store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating store staff to drive sales.
  • Building a strong store team for expansion in the KR market.
  • Coordinating with Retail team and HR for hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensuring communication material reflects the brand message.
  • Ensuring store staff deliver Casetify’s core values.
  • Following up on ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a store manager.
  • Preferably +5 years in fashion, sports, watch, technology, or accessories business.
  • Native Korean & Basic English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player, motivator, organizer, outgoing and friendly, hardworking, self-motivated.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel to each store on a regular basis.
