Job Description
Ditto is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Performance & Release Team. This role is pivotal in building the development infrastructure that enables all teams at Ditto to ship excellent code. The Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on CI/CD, QA, automated testing, and releases, driving innovation and improving existing systems.

Role Involves:
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 6–10 engineers.
- Planning and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Contributing to system architecture design.
- Enhancing CI/CD systems.
- Managing budget for CI/CD infrastructure.
- Driving team process to cover gaps in automated pipelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build the team’s roadmap.
- Ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical internal systems.
- Fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continual improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience in DevOps, testing, release pipelines, and QA.
- Experience testing complex systems and building reliable benchmarks.
- Proven ability to manage remote, globally distributed teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of self-direction and autonomy.
