Job Description
SpotOn is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Sales organization. This role is based in either the Chicago or San Francisco office and requires working onsite three times a week. The HR Business Partner will provide HR expertise and consulting to sales teams and leaders, focusing on achieving business objectives through effective HR strategies and practices. The individual will handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance-related training. They will also conduct investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations.

Requirements: - Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting sales teams.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, HR software).
- Familiarity with employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
- 3+ years of experience implementing HR policies.
- 3+ years of HRIS systems experience.
- 3+ years of experience in employee and leader development.
