The Fraud Prevention Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with good communication and customer service skills, who can work well in a team.AXS connects fans with the artists and teams they love, selling millions of tickets each year to various events. They are passionate about improving the fan experience and providing game-changing solutions for their clients.What this role involves:

• Reviewing and analyzing transactions flagged by the fraud detection system.
• Assisting in outbound phone calls to customers with potentially suspicious purchases.
• Verifying the legitimacy of orders by confirming customer details and payment information.
• Collaborating with colleagues to gather information and insights.
• Working weekend shifts.

What candidate should bring:

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 1+ years of experience in fraud prevention or related role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Works well in a team and collaboration skills.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of fraud detection tools and techniques.
